Trouble Signing In?
While we always strive to make our training software 100% reliable, problems do occur from time to time. If you are getting frustrated, rest assured that we are here to help you and we will respond to your concerns very quickly. We truly appreciate your business and will do whatever it takes to solve your issue.
Select from this list of concerns and follow the instructions provided:
1. Are you a new User?
Fill out the Sign-In form, don't forget to include a valid email address, assign yourself a User ID and Password and click on the Sign In button.
If the sign in process was successful, the next window will confirm that you are logged in. If you have purchased access to any of our online products, this page will also contain direct links to the titles you have access to.
After signing in, return to the Home page to quickly go back to the training or testing product you were trying to view. Don't forget that many of our online products require the Authorware Media Player to be enabled on your machine. If you don't have the player installed, click here.
2. Can you accept cookies?
In order to use the training and testing products on the Azimuth site you need to have "accept cookies" activated from within your browser.
In Netscape, click on Edit>Preferences>Advanced and check the appropriate button to enable Cookies.
In Explorer, click on Tools>Internet Options>Security Tab, click on the Custom Level button, scroll down to the Cookies section and select the appropriate radio button.

3. I don't have the Plug In or it is not working
The Web Player is available as a free download via our site or the Macromedia site. Click here to get the plug in.If the Web Player is not working on your machine, call (800)416-6786 ext 15 M-F 8-6pm EST.
4. Forgot your Password or User Name or were not given one?
Place your email in the text box below and send it to us. We will immediately send you an email notification with your User Name and Password.
